Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the bones888 platform. By accessing or using any part of the bones888 website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
You must be 21 years of age or older and legally permitted under your local jurisdiction to use the bones888 platform.
Each member may hold only one bones888 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed, with balances forfeited pending review.
All promotional offers and bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits. Misuse of bonuses may result in account suspension.
bones888 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where fraudulent activity, system exploitation, or collusion is detected.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Use of the bones888 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. bones888 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gaming. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds — including winnings — will be withheld pending investigation. bones888 may require identity verification documents confirming date of birth at any stage of account operation.
Each individual person may maintain only one bones888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different email addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bones888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any bonus balances. Real money balances from duplicate accounts are subject to review before any refund is considered.
Members must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering a bones888 account. This includes full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination. bones888 may conduct enhanced due diligence checks — including identity document verification — at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests.
It is the Member's sole responsibility to understand and comply with the laws applicable to online gaming in their jurisdiction. bones888 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. Members who access the bones888 platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
Each Member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bones888 login credentials, including username and password. Members must not share access credentials with any third party. bones888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account resulting from a Member's failure to protect their login information.
Members are advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in account security settings. Members should notify bones888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access, suspicious login activity, or suspected compromise of their account credentials.
bones888 will display the timestamp of each Member's most recent login session on the account dashboard. Members are advised to review this information regularly. Failure to report suspected unauthorised access within a reasonable timeframe may limit bones888's ability to investigate and remedy the situation.
bones888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. This list is subject to change. The current list of accepted payment methods will always be displayed in the Cashier section of the platform.
Deposits via e-wallet methods (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow) are typically credited to the Member's bones888 account within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. FPX bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 2–5 minutes. bones888 does not apply surcharges or processing fees to deposits, though individual payment providers may impose their own fees outside of bones888's control.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the bones888 account. bones888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Members who have not completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing until verification is completed. Standard withdrawal processing time for fully verified accounts is 15–30 minutes for e-wallet methods and up to 1 business day for bank transfers.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice. bones888 reserves the right to apply transaction limits for security, compliance, or risk management purposes.
All bets placed on the bones888 Sportsbook are subject to the specific event and market rules applicable at the time of bet placement. bones888 publishes comprehensive betting rules for each sport and market type within the Sportsbook section. Key general provisions include:
All bonuses and promotions offered by bones888 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. Members are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before accepting any bonus. The general bonus terms set out in this section apply to all bones888 promotions unless explicitly superseded by the specific promotion terms.
Bonus funds awarded to a Member's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money funds. Wagering requirements, multipliers, and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms. bones888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Misuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, coordinated wagering to reduce risk, or exploitation of system errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from the Member's account. bones888 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bones888 platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, void of all pending bets, and forfeiture of funds pending investigation:
All content on the bones888 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, software, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of bones888 or its licensed content partners. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No rights of reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation are granted. Unauthorised use of bones888 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bones888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to platform downtime; losses arising from incorrect bets placed by the Member; losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to the Member's failure to protect credentials; or losses arising from the Member's own breach of these Terms & Conditions.
bones888 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. bones888 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of service interruptions that are beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, third-party payment provider failures, and force majeure events.

bones888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reason to believe that a Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where closure is required for regulatory or risk management purposes. Upon termination of an account for breach, bones888 may at its discretion void all pending bets and forfeit any bonus balances. Real money balances in accounts closed for reasons other than Member breach will be returned to the Member following identity verification and anti-money laundering checks.
Members may voluntarily close their bones888 account at any time by contacting the support team. Pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled in accordance with normal bet settlement rules. Any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method.
These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the bones888 operating entity's jurisdiction of incorporation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through bones888's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits a Member's rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction of residence.
bones888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via the registered email address and/or a notice displayed upon login at least 14 days before the amended terms take effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately. Continued use of the bones888 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Members who do not accept the revised terms should cease use of the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.
